Dinner: eat 35 grams of rice mixed with half a banana and an apple.
Breakfast: open a piece of rye bread with three tablespoons of cottage cheese and apple,
Snack: grate an apple in 130 grams of yogurt and add a little cinnamon and juice of one lemon.
Lunch: eat 90 grams of roasted chicken breast with one apple, one fresh red pepper and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Afternoon snack: one apple
Dinner: salad from two carrots, one apple, spoons of raisins and 60 grams of low-fat cheese.
