– 360 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt);
– 2 tablespoons of oat flakes;
– 1 teaspoon ground flax seed;
– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder;
– 5 – 8 dried prunes;
Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.
– Pour the dried prunes with little boiling water (100 ml). Cover it and leave for 5-10 minutes. During this time in a bowl put the oat flakes, milled flax seed and cocoa. Pour kefir and mix everything well.
– Plums that are swollen, chop on small pieces, you can put them in a blender, and add them in the previous mixture.
