WELCOME LOVELY, YOU ARE IN THE right place.

It's been bothering you for a while now. The tension in your body, the nagging pain, the discomfort that has become your new normal.

You’d like to move, play, run, live your life to the fullest - without the constant aches and pains.

You’d like to understand your changing body, and give it what it needs to feel great.

But joining a group class feels intimidating... too hard, too intense and not welcoming enough.

You want to exercise again, but you are scared to hurt yourself, or harm your growing baby.

You want to feel strong, grounded, and capable...But you just don’t know where to start.

THIS IS WHERE THINGS CAN finally CHANGE.

You’re not alone in feeling this way. So many women reach this point — longing to feel strong and at ease again but unsure how to reconnect with their changing body. There’s nothing wrong with you for feeling disconnected or uncertain. Your body is going through a lot, it’s simply asking for care, attention, and a different kind of strength.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen. With the right support, guidance, and movement, you can rebuild trust in your body and start to feel strong and like yourself again.

You don’t have to have it all figured out right now. You just have to take the first small step, and you’re already here.

Hi, I'm Juliette. Mum and Pilates for Rehab specialist.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, to wonder if you’ll ever feel strong or free in it again. Years ago, pain stopped me in my tracks. I found myself on the floor, unable to move, unsure how to begin again. That moment changed everything.

Through Pilates, I learned how to rebuild from the inside out — to move with awareness, to trust my body again, and to find strength that felt steady, not forced. That experience shaped the way I teach today. I don’t believe in pushing through pain or chasing perfection. I believe in listening, in gentle progress, and in helping you feel safe and capable in your own body.

Now, through The Strong Me membership, I guide others through that same process of healing and reconnection, combining corrective movement, fascial release and Pilates. Because I’ve been where you are, and I know that with the right support, you can rise again too.

Here Is How I CAN Support You.

Joining me on The Strong Me will instill calm, self-trust, and a deep sense of reassurance. You will move at your own pace, with curiosity and care. Every session is a moment to listen to your body, to notice what it needs, and to rebuild trust in your own strength.

There’s no pressure to perform or push through. Instead, you focus on small, consistent steps that help you feel grounded, capable, and connected again. I’ll guide you with warmth and clarity, helping you tune in rather than tune out, so movement becomes something that supports you, not something you have to fight through.

This is a space where you can exhale, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to move with ease and confidence.

A LITTLE more ABOUT ME

A few things about me… I believe in slow mornings, deep breaths, and the kind of movement that feels like a hug for your body. I’m all for progress that feels kind, tea that’s still hot, and finding joy in the small, ordinary moments.

I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and a little more like themselves again. Around here, we celebrate rest, realness, and the messy magic of reclaiming your strength.

What I’m not into? The “bounce back” culture, the pressure to do it all, or pretending everything’s fine when it’s not. I believe strength is our super power, laughter is medicine, and that every woman deserves to feel safe in her own skin.

When I’m not teaching or creating, you’ll probably find me chasing sunshine, swimming in lakes, or trying to drink my tea before it goes cold (again).

Juliette is a Pilates teacher with Comprehensive Certifications from Polestar Pilates and STOTT Pilates. She has also trained in corrective exercise for pregnant and postnatal women with Dr Sarah Duvall and Dr Anna Hammond (Core Exercise Solutions), and in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates with Carolyn Anthony (The Center for Women’s Fitness).

Since 2020, she has run her own private studio in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg, where she works closely with women at every stage of life. She specialises in Pilates for women’s health and rehabilitation, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, and the perimenopause.

Her teaching helps women reconnect with their bodies and rediscover strength and self-love through movement. Clients often describe her sessions as grounding, empowering, and transformative, offering both physical and emotional renewal.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Juliette is endlessly fascinated by the body’s ability to recover and heal. She believes women's changing fitness needs are too often overlooked by the medical profession and underserved by the fitness industry.

Through her work, she aims to bridge that gap by offering women the knowledge, care, and support they need to rebuild trust in their bodies and move through life with confidence and ease.
